Apple’s market capital went over $620 billion today, breaking the record previously held by Microsoft at $618.0 billion way back in 1999. Apple is now worth more than $256.7 billion more than Microsoft today, and over $200 billion more than multinational oil and gas corporation Exxon Mobil, who come in at second most valuable company.
