Yesterday Paramount announced that the Fast and The Furious’ Justin Lin would be directing Star Trek 3, and now today the studio has announced that the movie will premiere on July 8 2016.
How good the third film in the reboot series will be without Abrams is anyone’s guess, but we’re hoping it’s great considering it will coincide with the 50-year anniversary of the original Star Trek.
